President Prabowo Appointed Basuki Hadimuljono As The Head Of IKN Authority

Basuki Hadimuljono has officially stepped into the role of Head of the Nusantara Capital Authority (IKN). He was sworn in by President Prabowo Subianto at the State Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, following Presidential Decree Number 151B of 2024.
The inauguration kicked off with the reading of the presidential decree about his appointment, and then Prabowo led the oath-taking ceremony. The event wrapped up with both Basuki and Prabowo signing the official documents. Before this, Basuki had been serving as the Acting Head of the IKN Authority since June 3, 2024.
In addition, President Prabowo Subianto appointed Iffa Rosita as a member of the General Election Commission (KPU) for the 2022-2027 term. After her swearing-in, she also signed the necessary documents alongside President Prabowo.
The ceremony was attended by several key officials, including Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, KPU RI member Idham Holik, Deputy Chair of MPR Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono, and Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian.
The following is the composition of KPU commissioners for the 2022-2027:

During the same event, the President named the new members of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas). After the appointments, Budi Gunawan, who is both the Chair and a member, headed over to the signing table, with Prabowo following him to add his signature as well.
