Ipsos Published A Research Finding, Revealing Key To Be Success In E-commerce

Market research company Ipsos Indonesia has released results from a survey called "Experience and Satisfaction of Online Shopping in E-commerce."

The survey highlights that service quality is crucial for marketplaces looking to attract consumers, especially with National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) coming up on December 12.

The research points out that e-commerce is quite effective in delivering high levels of consumer satisfaction in online shopping, driven by factors like security, convenience, speed, features, and a wide variety of official stores.

Andi Sukma, Executive Director of Ipsos Indonesia, mentioned in a press release, "It's clear that e-commerce businesses are using technology and innovative strategies to draw in shoppers. But what consumers really want is a platform that provides a satisfying online shopping experience."

The results show that Shopee is viewed as the most satisfying e-commerce platform, providing a comprehensive online shopping experience.

Shopee's popularity is backed by data showing that 62 percent of consumers would recommend it to their friends, with Tokopedia at 46 percent, TikTok Shop at 42 percent, and Lazada at 36 percent.
