Gaikindo Presents Jakarta Auto Week, Offering Various Promo

The GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) is making a comeback, inviting car lovers in Indonesia from November 22 to December 1, 2024. This year's event, put together by the Indonesian Automotive Industry Association (Gaikindo) and supported by the Ministry of Industry, has teamed up with Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF), so it's officially called MUF GJAW 2024.
This time around, MUF GJAW will take place at ICE BSD City in Tangerang, moving from its previous location at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). The exhibition will span six halls at ICE BSD City, which is double the space compared to last year, featuring a wide range of exhibitors.
Scheduled for November 22 to December 1, 2024, MUF GJAW aims to boost year-end sales and is expected to significantly contribute to the growth of the national automotive market.
Yohannes Nangoi, Chairman of GAIKINDO, pointed out that the main goal of MUF GJAW 2024 is to support the development of Indonesia's automotive industry amid current challenges. "We hope MUF GJAW 2024 will be a key event for the automotive sector, providing various conveniences and exclusive offers for consumers," he said. With support from GAIKINDO member brands, MUF GJAW 2024 will include a variety of exciting programs for attendees.
As the main sponsor, Mandiri Utama Finance will roll out special promotions during the exhibition, working with exhibitors to help visitors find their dream cars.
MUF GJAW 2024 is set to happen in six halls at ICE BSD City, showcasing 80 exhibitors, including 28 passenger car brands, 12 motorcycle brands, and over 40 from the supporting industry. With the theme "Home of 1,000 Cars and Excitement," this exhibition promises an unforgettable experience, spotlighting the latest in automotive tech and a bunch of interactive motorsport fun.
Rizwan Alamsyah, the third chairman of GAIKINDO and the mastermind behind the event, sees MUF GJAW 2024 as more than just a car show. He said, "We're rolling out some amazing year-end deals to help consumers get the best bang for their buck on vehicle purchases." The vibe will be festive, blending innovation, tech, and entertainment, making it super easy for visitors to check out, test drive, and buy vehicles.
Visitors can expect a special area for test drives and rides, cutting down on wait times and letting them try out a variety of cars and bikes. The event will also feature exciting activities like a massive car parade, a Modification Contest, a Dyno Contest, the MUF GJAW Underground Meet Up, plus drift and off-road competitions. There will be family-friendly fun too, with a Push Bike Competition, a Kids Zone, and Paper Art Craft, making MUF GJAW 2024 the perfect weekend spot for everyone.
The exhibition will run for 10 days, from November 22 to December 1, 2024, open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends.
