To enhance the ease and comfort of claims and benefits for customers, and in line with the LOYAL service culture, BCA Life has introduced the COMPREHENSIVE CLAIM feature, simplifying the claims submission process for everyone. As a customer-centric insurance company, BCA Life is committed to providing the best solutions through innovations that keep up with the times. On Customer Day, September 4, 2024, BCA Life unveiled a new claims service feature on the NOW by BCA Life platform, allowing customers to access claims services more easily and quickly.

In version 2.0.0, users can enjoy a range of new standout features from NOW by BCA Life, including Claim Tracker, a more concise claims form, and a summary of policy payment billing. These features are designed to make it easier for customers to file claims and check on ongoing processes. Alongside the new features, BCA Life has also updated existing ones, such as an upgraded policy information system and a new notification system within the app. BCA Life is dedicated to maintaining customer trust by viewing transitions and changes as opportunities to continually enhance product quality and service.
