The Management Of Bank Muamalat Personally Greeted Customers To Celebrate National Customer Day

Thursday, 05 Sep 2024

PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk is celebrating National Customer Day, which falls on September 4 every year. As the first fully sharia bank in Indonesia, they’re creating a unique experience for their customers by having the bank's directors personally serve clients at the Muamalat Tower branch. Other branches, including the one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, are represented by regional and branch heads acting as frontliners. Director Karno mentioned that this initiative reflects their commitment to providing top-notch service. In addition to direct customer service at the Muamalat Tower branch, the bank is also giving gifts to the first 20 customers who make transactions. “This commitment shows our appreciation for the loyalty of customers who trust Bank Muamalat for their banking needs,” Karno explained.

On this year’s National Customer Day, Bank Muamalat is also launching a new digital payment service through Muamalat DIN. Starting August 29, 2024, users of the Ferizy service can make payments using the Ferizy payment feature available in Muamalat DIN. Currently, 39 ports have implemented online ticket booking for Ferizy, including Merak, Bakauheni, Ketapang, and Gilimanuk. With the Virtual Account feature in Muamalat DIN, Ferizy users can enjoy a seamless, safe, and convenient ticket booking experience. “Customer satisfaction is our goal at Bank Muamalat, driving us to continuously innovate and provide the best services. Our service development focuses on being fast, effective, effortless, and efficient, including the online ticket payment feature using the Virtual Account in Muamalat DIN,” Karno added.

Just so you know, Muamalat DIN currently boasts over 200 features, and the user count has surpassed half a million! Plus, the loyalty among new users is on the rise. You can see this in the growing trend of new customers making more than 10 transactions each month.
