Head of Marketing Re.juve Putri Victor said, when fasting, it is important to maintain the body's nutritional balance by paying attention to the daily needs of fruits and vegetables.

Changes in diet and meal times can affect energy, hydration, and digestive health. One of the best ways to stay fit throughout the day is to consume fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins, minerals, natural fiber, and natural sugars that provide long-lasting energy.

"Fruits and vegetables play a big role in providing long-lasting energy and supporting a better digestive process. At Re.juve, we believe that healthy and natural food choices can help people experience Ramadan more comfortably and optimally," Putri said in her statement in Jakarta, Monday.

Metabolic changes during Ramadan, she said, make proper nutritional intake very important to stay energized throughout the day.

Therefore, during sahur it is important to ensure that the body gets enough nutrition to stay energized during fasting. Consuming fresh vegetable and fruit juice is considered more practical, but also able to meet nutritional needs.

Fresh juice that is high in fiber & hydration can also help the stomach feel full longer, while its water content keeps the body hydrated throughout the day.

As well as being a source of natural energy, because there is natural sugar in fruit that provides long-lasting energy.

Furthermore, consuming fresh juice when breaking the fast can also restore energy quickly, because fresh juice has a natural sugar content and helps increase blood sugar levels slowly.

The sugar content of fruits and vegetables can maintain stable blood sugar. Compared to added sugar, the natural sugar in fruit provides more stable and long-lasting energy.

Another benefit is that it helps rehydration, because fruits with high water content, such as watermelon or oranges, help the body restore fluids lost during fasting.
