CIMB Niaga Wins The Asian Management Excellence Awards 2025

During this prestigious event, Noviady Wahyudi, the Director of Consumer Banking at CIMB Niaga, received the “Indonesia Executive of the Year – Banking” award for his visionary leadership in developing retail banking services in Indonesia.
This award acknowledges Noviady's success in leading the Consumer Banking Directorate at CIMB Niaga, which continues to grow and strengthen the bank's position as a leader in the national retail banking market. With strong leadership and a commitment to the EPICC company culture (Enabling Talent, Passion, Integrity & Accountability, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity), Noviady has effectively driven innovation, adaptation, and enhanced digital services for customers.
Under Noviady's leadership, CIMB Niaga's consumer banking has introduced various innovations to improve customer convenience and accessibility. These include savings products like OCTO Savers+, OCTO Savers Junior, XTRA Savers, XTRA Savers Valas, and GOAL Savers. In financing, CIMB Niaga launched the KPR XTRA Online Form for digital mortgage applications, OCTO Loan for personal loans, and the digital credit card OCTO Card. Additionally, CIMB Niaga supports sustainability with products like Green Mortgage and the KPR One House One Tree program. Through these innovations, CIMB Niaga is committed to providing innovative, accessible, and valuable financial solutions to the community.
