Three leading development companies in the Serpong area, namely Paramount Land, Sinar Mas Land, and Summarecon Serpong, inaugurated a connecting road between Boulevard BSD City and Boulevard Gading Serpong today, Thursday, January 9, 2025.

The ceremony took place at the new road location on Boulevard ROW 45 Gading Serpong, attended by representatives from the three developers, including Adrianto P Adhi (President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk), Albert Luhur (Executive Director of Summarecon Serpong), M. Nawawi (President Director of Paramount Land), Norman Daulay (Director of Paramount Land), Herry Hendarta (Deputy Group CEO of Strategic Development and Assets at Sinar Mas Land), Monik William (Deputy Group CEO of Township Development at Sinar Mas Land), and AKP Daniel Dirgala, S.T.K., S.I.K., M.Si. (Head of Pagedangan Police).

The construction of the project took place from March to December 2024 and is set to be operational in January 2025. The Boulevard Gading Serpong ROW 45 and BSD City road has a total width of 45 meters, with each lane measuring 13.5 meters and consisting of four lanes. There is a 4-meter shoulder for pedestrians, landscaping, and utilities, with a total median width of 10 meters.

The total length of the road built by Paramount Land and Summarecon Serpong is approximately 1.70 km, stretching from the Pasadena - Symphonia intersection to the BSD City border. Meanwhile, Sinar Mas Land constructed a 1,126-meter road connecting the western part of BSD City from EASTVARA to ROW 25, with plans to extend it to ROW 50.

Norman Daulay, Director of Paramount Land, stated at the press conference for the road opening between Boulevard Gading Serpong and BSD City, "With nearly 30 years of development, Gading Serpong has become a business development center and a magnet for the surrounding area. Gading Serpong and BSD City, which are key regional destinations in Jabodetabek, have grown into national attractions. To support the rapid business activities and increasing movement of people and commercial activities between Gading Serpong and BSD City, expanding access and connectivity is essential.

Paramount Land is collaborating with Sinar Mas Land and Summarecon Serpong to develop a southern access route that directly connects Gading Serpong with BSD City. This new connecting road is a commitment from the three developers that will indirectly boost economic growth and investment in Tangerang Regency, while also increasing land value in both Gading Serpong and BSD City.

Importantly, this road will provide easier access for residents in the area and create a new route for safe and comfortable mobility for the wider community. The road links Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong ROW 45 with BSD City via Simpang Pasadena-Symphonia, covering a distance of approximately 1.70 km, which vehicles can travel from various directions at speeds of 40-60 km/h in about 3-5 minutes.

Herry Hendarta, Deputy Group CEO of Strategic Development and Assets at Sinar Mas Land, stated that this strategic project is a crucial step to enhance accessibility and connectivity among the three largest independent city areas in Tangerang Regency. The initiative to build this connecting road reflects a shared vision for sustainable urban development focused on the community.

The new road will make it easier for Gading Serpong residents to access various housing and tourist spots in BSD City and vice versa. We believe this infrastructure will not only improve accessibility but also stimulate economic activities in both BSD City and Gading Serpong.
