PT Kimia Farma Apotek (KFA), part of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Pharmaceutical Holding, boasts the largest pharmacy network in Indonesia, supported by professional pharmacists. Today, KFA celebrates its 22nd anniversary with the theme "New Spirit, Healthy Together." This celebration is a significant moment for KFA to reaffirm its commitment to providing the best healthcare services, particularly through innovation and quality for the Indonesian community.
During this special event, KFA proudly received an award from the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for the category of "Pharmaceutical Services at Home for Patients by the Most Pharmacists Across Indonesia." This award marks a new milestone for KFA, which has successfully implemented home pharmacy care services on a large and organized scale throughout the archipelago.
The Acting President Director and Business Development Director of KFA, Junus Koswara, stated in his speech, "This record is a tangible proof of our commitment to remain at the forefront of healthcare services. Through home pharmacy care, we not only provide health solutions but also enhance comfort and access for communities across Indonesia."
KFA also introduced a new innovation called the Advanced Pharmacist Service, aimed at raising the standards of pharmacy services. With the support of over 2,000 professional pharmacists in more than 1,000 outlets, KFA ensures that every customer receives the right health solutions, from consultations to further treatment.
As a token of appreciation for loyal customers, KFA launched the BagiBagi Emas program. This initiative offers customers a chance to win gold prizes as a thank you for their trust over the years.
