ShopTokopedia And Tasya Farasya Launch The Campaign "Everyone Is Beautiful," Celebrating Inclusive Beauty

The demand for beauty and personal care products in Indonesia is growing rapidly, reflecting the fast development of the local beauty industry. Government data shows that cosmetics and body care products rank among the top three categories with the highest sales in online marketplaces.

In line with this trend, ShopTokopedia, available on the TikTok app, is also feeling the impact, especially in the beauty and personal care sector.

Ita Puspita Megawati, Senior Director of Beauty, Personal Care, Health, and Home Supplies at Tokopedia and TikTok E-commerce, stated, “The Beauty and Personal Care category is one of the best-selling categories on ShopTokopedia throughout 2024. Sales in this category have increased nearly nine times compared to 2023. Popular products include exfoliating serums, clay masks, deodorants, and sunscreen creams in 2024.”

Additionally, there are discounts of up to 70% and vouchers of up to 20% during live shopping events,” Ita explained.

Tasya Farasya, as the Brand Ambassador for 'Semua Jadi Syantik' and the CEO and Founder of Mother of Pearl, welcomes this collaboration positively. About 60% of promotional content on TikTok supports local products available on ShopTokopedia.
