Leveraging the high customer traffic at Central Park Mall, the renovation concept by DP Architects establishes a seamless connection between Central Park Mall and Tribeca. The new design focuses on enhancing visibility and providing easy navigation from Central Park to Tribeca.
This is achieved through an upgraded facade for Tribeca and an outdoor alfresco dining concept on the Upper Ground floor, facilitating the connection between Central Park and Tribeca. The alfresco concept, which translates to 'in the cool air,' serves as the heart of this new destination. Its relaxed ambiance, adorned with lush greenery and natural lighting, creates a perfect blend of metropolitan room design and natural scenery.
